Cayo Man Remains Missing After Two Months

A Belmopan resident remains missing for two months now.  Victor Norales was last seen by his sister on November 6, 2020.  The sister, Dimetra Pineda spoke to our Cayo Correspondent Fem Cruz saying that the Police have made no progress in locating Norales.

Dimetra Pineda, Sister: “I saw him the sixth of November that’s the last time I saw him, he came to my house, I fed him and he left and I haven’t seen him again after that day. I got concerned because some people started to ask me about him and reported to the police there and there was no sign of him. His place was opened and even Mr.Gallardo asked me to and I said that I haven’t seen him. I am appealing to the public if anybody has seen or heard anything about Victor Norales please please contact me at 654-5312 , 660-0107, 623-5364, 670-1004 these are the numbers that can be contacted if anybody has heard / seen anything please I’m appealing to the public to do so.”

Police are also following up on another missing person’s case.  The family of 46-year-old Oscar Correa is asking for the public’s assistance in locating him. Correa was last seen on December 24, 2020 in a white shirt and blue short pants. He has the initials ‘O.R.C’ tattooed on his left arm and a heart tattooed on his chest. Correa is a resident of the Santiago Juan Layout area in San Ignacio. If seen, the public is asked to call 651-1951, 668-2710 or contact the nearest police station.
