Chaotic Carnival Weekend

Over the long holiday weekend, Belizeans and tourists celebrated several festive activities that kicked off on Saturday morning with J’ouvert. The event began just after four o’clock and lasted for several hours as hundreds of people raved through the streets of Belize City. The second major event was the Carnival Road March 2023, which also had a few incidents. Reporter Vejea Alvarez tells us more.
