Charles August Remanded to Prison for Violating Bail Conditions

Ten days ago, Charles August was convicted and fined for a charge of theft after he admitted to stealing an envelope containing over two thousand, four hundred dollars. Today, he was remanded to the Belize Central Prison for violating the conditions of his bail for another charge. August was picked up on a bench warrant, because he was not to be charged for any offense while out on bail. He is due back in court tomorrow. He was count on bail in the amount of three thousand dollars on firearms related charges.
