Concern continues to grow for the family of missing Orange Walk man

Tonight, the concern is mounting for the family of 20-year-old Yazir Beaza, a resident of Orange Walk Town who has been missing for over a week. Beaza was last seen by his family on Wednesday, October 19, and has not been heard from since. His mother, Perla Hoy, says that around 4 o’clock that day Beaza visited her at work to pick up money. He was to return to his Mulling Street home but never made it. According to Hoy, Beaza is a type one diabetic who requires insulin shots twice a day. She says it is not like him to leave home without his medication and to make matters worse she has no idea where he went or who he might have gone with.

If you have any information that may assist in locating Beaza, his family can be reached at 607-5661.
