Police have charged one man following the death of Solomon Ramirez, the victim of a traffic incident on Sunday, January 6 on the George Price Highway. 31-year-old Andrew Mitchell of Belmopan was charged with manslaughter by negligence, causing death by careless conduct and driving a motor vehicle without due care and attention. The incident happened between miles twenty-seven and twenty-eight, involving an SUV driven by Mitchell and a motorbike that Ramirez was driving.
