Duo goes to court for burglarizing Victor L Bryant

20-year-old, Selvin Linarez and 21-year-old, Randy Chambers were before Senior Magistrate, Tricia Pitts-Anderson in the Belize City Magistrate’s Court where they pled not guilty to charges laid against them.  The two were jointly charged for the burglary of Victor L Bryant warehouse on Chetumal Boulevard on Tuesday, February 12.  They were additionally charged with six counts of kept firearm without a gun license.  Linarez was slapped with an additional five counts of kept firearm without a gun license.  Both men were denied bail and were unrepresented in court.  They are to return to court on April 16.  Love News understands that the weapons are valued at over thirty-two thousand dollars.  In Tuesday’s incident, the quick response of police led to the recovery of 18 of the twenty two firearms that were taken as well as thousands of the stolen ammunition.
