Education Minister Expresses Condolences After Tragic Passing of Young Student

Minister of Education, Francis Fonseca has weighed in on the tragic passing of 6-year-old, Makaya Magdaleno.  The child was hit by a butane delivery truck when he was heading home to have lunch.  Minister Fonseca expressed condolences, and says that the child’s fellow classmates will need some counseling once school reopens.

The driver of the truck, 49-year-old, Alvin Buezo has since been charged with a notice of intended prosecution.
