Educators Launch Youth Live Skills Initiative in Dangriga

A group of educators from Southern Belize have partnered to teach Dangriga Town youth the importance of life skills. On Friday, through the assistance of the US Embassy and the Love Foundation, the Epworth Redemption Initiative (ERN) was launched in the culture capital. The program seeks to ensure that at-risk youth are provided with positive youth development through education, mentorship, and community engagement. Co-founder Felicia Palacio spoke to Love News about the initiative and how it came to life.

Palacio says the group hopes to expand its number of participants in the coming months.
