Everal Martinez returns to court

Today, the trial against accused rapist Everal Martinez began in the High Court of Belize. The Maskall Villager stands accused of sexually and physically abusing a 17 month old baby girl who died after being left brain dead. Martinez is being represented by attorney Oscar Selgado. He was charged in 2018 with two counts of attempted rape of a child and two counts of attempted assault of a minor.
