Fifteen U.S. Youth Ambassadors Arrive in Belize for Cultural Exchange Program

Fifteen Youth Ambassadors from across the United States of America are in Belize for a two-week cultural exchange program. The students will be hosted by Belizean families in Belmopan and take part in various activities geared at improving their social and leadership skills. The venture, which is the brainchild of the Love Foundation and US Embassy, seeks to provide the students with the opportunity to learn and explore different cultures, beliefs, and customs. Today, eleven of the young visionaries arrived in the country. Our newsroom spoke with Lishore Kumar, Alejandro Luzano, and Justin Lee at the PGIA and spoke to them about the importance of the program.

At the airport to greet the US Youth Ambassadors was the Executive Director of the Love Foundation, Deborah Sewell.
