Fine Imposed for Threatening Words: Belize City Man Faces Penalty for Verbal Threats

Twenty-four-year-old Edward Saldano was fined in court today for a charge of threatening words. Saldado was accused of threatening to kill Andrew Ortiz on Thursday, December 7. He pleaded guilty to the charge and was fined a hundred dollars. He must pay his fine by February 26, 2024, or will face a month in prison.
