The Ministry of National Security has made proposals for changes to the Firearms Act.  A brief release was issued today noting that there are several proposals being made but only listed one of them as being the placement of limits on how much bullets a license holder can purchase.  According to the release the proposals are being reviewed.  Today’s release comes on the heels of a meeting that the Police Commissioner had with firearm suppliers in Belmopan earlier this week.  The Ministry of National Security noted that this is one way in which they are holding license holders and gun dealers accountable.
