Firearms and Ammunition Control Board Issues Advisory on Gun License Renewals

The Firearms and Ammunition Control Board has issued an advisory to companies who are in possession of a gun license.  With the recent creation of the board, amid allegations of corruption, the board is now asking all those companies that submitted for a renewal of their licenses to re-submit their application by next Friday, January 26.  Interestingly, the board has also announce that the gun-licenses issued for companies last month are now being declared invalid.  Renewal packages are to include the business’ registration certificate, the business’ trade license, proof of payment for the relevant license, as well as a copy of the expired license.
