First-Time Landowners Visit Properties in Dangriga Town Distribution

Dozens of first-time landowners from the Culture Capital, Dangriga Town, were able to visit their properties for the first time on Sunday. Dangriga Area Representative Dr. Louis Zabaneh took the residents to an area of Silk Grass Village, where the government recently distributed over four hundred lots. Zabaneh spoke to Stann Creek Correspondent Harry Arzu and explained that the citizens would soon be able to begin moving into the area.

Love News also spoke to several of the residents, who were able to obtain their property titles through the government’s mobile land clinic initiative.

Zabaneh added that since 2020, hundreds of residents in Dangriga have become first-time landowners.
