Football Match in Belmopan Ends in Chaos, FFB Launches Investigation

A football match in Belmopan City between Black Man Eddy and Valley of Peace ended in chaos on Saturday. After the game, numerous fights broke out between spectators and players inside the Isidoro Beaton Stadium. Videos circulating on social media capture people throwing blows and bottles, as others rush out of the stadium. The Football Federation of Belize has since condemned the incident and says an investigation will be launched to determine possible sanctions and expulsions. Additionally, FFB says it will issue an official press release and notify the public of the outcome of its investigation. Love News understands the incident occurred during a second-division semifinal game under the Belmopan Football Association.
