Forensic Specialists from New Jersey Assist the NFSS With Cold Case Files

A team of forensic science specialists is in Belize assisting the Crimes Investigation Branch of the Belize Police Department and the National Forensic Science Services (NFSS) in examining cold cases of skeletal remains. The team is led by Forensic Anthropologist, Kimberlee Moran, who is the Director of Forensic Science at Rutgers University in Camden, New Jersey.  The team has been conducting a series of training and providing technical assistance in the areas of investigating the actual death scene and processing that information in a lab setting. Giovanna Moguel reports.
