Fyffes Pledges Increased Community Investment in Southern Belize

Banana company Fyffes says it is committed to increasing community investment in Southern Belize. The fruit and fresh produce company told Love News it is dedicated to enriching the lives of the communities where they have their farms. It is the largest private employer with banana-growing franchises in Central America. Chief Corporate Affairs Officer Fyffes, Caoimhe Buckley, spoke to Love News about the investments that they plan to make in Belize.

Aside from creating job opportunities for the country, Fyffes has also provided scholarship opportunities as well as a kitchen and equipment for Our Lady of Bella Vista School’s feeding program.
