Georgetown Technical High School celebrated its fifteen year anniversary today. Over the course of its years, it has seen over two thousand students graduate and currently has an enrolment of five hundred thirty-five students from all parts of the country. The school focuses on providing students with a holistic education experience. Apart from conventional subjects like English and math, the school also focuses on providing students with technical skills such as woodwork, electrical, plumbing and automotive. Principal, Irvin Casimiro, says they believe it is important to provide their students with these skills so they can be self-sufficient.
