GOB Addresses Dairy Price Increase

As we reported yesterday, dairy products are the next items on store shelves that will be seeing an uptick in prices. Farmers will be raising their prices due to an increase in input costs, which they say are crippling the industry. While the Minister of Agriculture, Jose Abelardo Mai, agrees that the cost of fuel, feed, and fertilizers have skyrocketed, they will need to conduct a meeting with the farmers to get their justification before anything is set in stone.
