If you’re planning to travel to Mexico over the long weekend, we have good news tonight as the government has lifted the testing requirement for Belizeans who have stayed more than twenty-four hours out of the country. Minister of Health and Wellness Kevin Bernard, spoke to Love News about the recent change in GOB’s policy.
With the new policy, the Belize Diagnostics Center have opted to not renew their contract. Minister Bernard noted that the other private companies involved in the Covid-19 testing sites may also see it a decline in demand at the various border points may soon become redundant.
