Goff’s Caye undergoes major upgrades; Reopened to the public

Goff’s Caye has been reopened for public visits after major upgrades were made to the island’s infrastructure. The rehabilitation project was carried out by the Coastal Zone Management and Authority Institute and the Ministry of Blue Economy and Civil Aviation through the government’s Climate Vulnerability Reduction Program. The upgrades were done with the aim of making the island more enjoyable for visitors while ensuring the environment remains protected. The Ministry of Blue Economy and Civil Aviation’s Public Relations Officer, Giovanna Moguel, shared the importance of the project.
