Gun Stolen from Vehicle in Toledo District

A resident of Yemeri Grove Village, Toledo District reports that his gun was stolen from his vehicle. 51-year-old Everett Orlando Foster reported that his black nine millimeter pistol containing 9mm magazine with 13 live unds was stolen from under the driver’s seat of his Pontiac 4 door car. Initial investigation reveals that Foster made two trips to and from Punta Gorda Town along with two other men on Sunday, he says that the only time that the vehicle was not in his sight was when he and his friends entered Westrac Auto Parts. No court action was requested. Foster is the holder of a valid special protection gun license which expires in March.
