HRCB, Vital Statistics Unit, and US Embassy Partner to Provide Vital Services in Orange Walk Town

The Human Rights Commission of Belize (HRCB), the Vital Statistics Unit, and the US Embassy have partnered to hold a vital statistics mobile clinic in Orange Walk Town. The two-day event is taking place at the Orange Walk People’s Stadium and provides people with access to VSU’s services such as late registration and birth paper applications. Dalila Ical, the HRCB’s Communications Officer, says the project is centered on ensuring people have access to basic human rights and government services.

Today’s mobile clinic in Orange Walk is one in a series of visits planned for all six districts.
