Millions of dollars are required to get the country on the road to recovery in the aftermath of Category 1 Hurricane Lisa. Last week this time, we were beginning to pick up the pieces and since then, there is no clear, definitive amount of what that price tag is. That’s why today, Dale McDougall began looking for answers and here’s what he has been able to find out thus far.
