Immigration Ministry Launches Anonymous Feedback System

Immigration Ministry Launches Anonymous Feedback System

The Ministry of Immigration has launched a new countrywide confidential feedback system. Members of the public visiting any immigration office or port of entry in Belize will now find QR codes displayed that when scanned with a smartphone would allow for anonymous feedback directed to the ministry.  Whether it’s a complaint about service, a suggestion for improvement, a helpful tip, or even a compliment for a job well done, the system allows you to share your thoughts via WhatsApp or email, ensuring your identity remains confidential. The ministry says the input will directly influence efforts to enhance the public’s experience at all immigration service points. Minister of Immigration Francis Fonseca noted that the initiative aims to improve service delivery and maintain high standards of professionalism.

The system was officially launched on April 10.
