Indira Andrewin Wins UNDP’s Best Sustainable Entrepreneur Award

The United Nations Development Program (UNDP) announced yesterday that an entrepreneur from the Toledo District was the winner of its Micro Pitch 2022-23 Best Sustainable Entrepreneur Award Belize.  Indira Andrewin, the owner of “Cocolove” located in Punta Gorda Town, received the eight thousand dollar cash prize for the regional competition. Senior Toledo Correspondent, Paul Mahung, has the story.

Indira Andrewin is no stranger in the news as she had scored the Emerging Talent Award back in 2021 during the Belize International Film Festival.  She was awarded for her lead role in the Mexican Film, Selva Trajica.
