International company contracted to digitize Vital Statistics Unit

The Government of Belize has contracted an international company that will begin working on digitizing the Vital Statistics Unit (VSU). Love News spoke with CEO in the Ministry of Economic Development who explained that there was a procurement process that they underwent prior to selecting the Norway-Lithuanian company.

CEO Martinez told Love News that once the system is finalized, everyone across the country will have access to their documents on an online platform.
