Intruders Caught Sleeping in School, Charged with Burglary

Two intruders were caught red-handed. On Thursday, June 15, twenty-year-old, Arenel Smith and twenty-year-old, Clifford Thomas were caught sleeping in Wesley Upper Primary School. These men are being charged with burglary and pleaded not guilty to these offenses. They stated that their only intention was to sleep in the building. Both the police investigation and the principal, Nicole Welch Middleton, stated that nothing appeared to have been stolen. After claiming that they had no house to live or sleep in, they were offered bail of one thousand five hundred dollars each, with the conditions to avoid the school and report to the Racoon Street Police Station every Friday, effective June 23. Both are not to be arrested and charged with any other offenses whilst out on bail or their bail will be revoked.
