Investigation Continues into Shooting of Minor and Joseph Budna

As a follow up to recent criminal investigations, Love News has confirmed that the minor murdered on Sunday night whilst in the company of the infamous convict, 43-year-old, Joseph Budna has been officially identified as 16-year-old, Kelvin Hernandez. The minor lost his life on Sunday night whilst he hung out with Budna inside his bedroom near the Branch Mouth Road, San Ignacio Town.  Budna reported to the authorities that he and the minor were listening to music when gunshots rang out.  Budna sustained minor injuries, but Hernandez was fatally injured.  Police Commissioner Chester Williams had referred to Budna’s history of preying on young boys, and that he could be facing possible charges for harboring the minor.  It turns out, however, that with Hernandez having the age of consent, Budna would more than likely not be charged in this regard.  Love News further gathered that investigators are not convinced that Budna is being honest and forthcoming with the Police.  One man has since been detained for the shooting, and a motive is yet to be ascertained.  Budna maintains that he is blameless in this incident, and that the shooting occurred after he refused to have sex with a man in exchange for money.
