Jasmine Hartin’s Trial Continues with New Attorney: Case Adjourned Until March 27

Jasmine Hartin is back in court this week, for the continuation of her trial for common assault and drug possession. Hartin appeared in court with a new attorney, Arthur Saldivar. Her case was adjourned until March 27, to give Saldivar a chance to get acquainted with the matter. She was also required to meet a new security bail of twenty-five hundred dollars cash. Outside the courthouse, Saldivar explained that Hartin showing up to court proves that she is committed to abiding by the law.

Hartin stands accused of attacking a female police officer and being in possession of half a gram of cocaine. You may remember the incident back in 2021 on the heels of the shooting death of Police Superintendent Henry Jemott for which Hartin eventually pleaded guilty to manslaughter by negligence.
