Juan Carnaval Concludes Today in San Pedro

Today was the third and last day of Juan Carnaval. It’s a tradition that goes decades into the past and for past two days there was less revelry because of the pandemic. But Juan Carnaval returned this year and Hipolito Novelo joined the Recycled Teenagers. Senior Reporter Hipolito Novelo reports.
