Labour Complaints Can Now Be Submitted Virtually

The Ministry of Labour launched today the Labour Complaints Management System – an online portal designed to expedite the process of submitting labour complaints. The Minister of Labour, Oscar Requena, says this digitized system will provide more efficiency on the labour department’s part to address these concerns and it will also be more cost-effective since people will not have the need to visit a physical office.

Employees can submit their information online and track the progress of their complaints to ensure that their concerns get a response. The system will be open to employees from both the public and private sectors.

The portal can be accessed by visiting the website complaints.labour.gov.bz and entering the required information.
