Lamb and Mutton from the Farm to the Plate

The Ministry of Agriculture is making strides in the development of the local sheep and goat market. Today a Lamb and Mutton Culinary Craft Workshop was held in Yo Creek Village, Orange Walk District geared at enhancing the knowledge and skills of the wider Belizean population on how to prepare meals with this meat that is found to be under-consumed in the country, despite displaying success in the farming industry.
