Leon Gentle Appointed as Chief Transport Officer: Ministry of Education Alumnus Takes the Helm

Reports surfaced over the weekend that Leon Gentle was being appointed as the new Chief Transport Officer.  Minister Rodwell Ferguson and CEO Adele Catzim had refused to confirm the appointment, but we did learn from a reliable source that it is a done deal.  We understand that Gentle comes over from the Ministry of Education.  There is not much that we know of Gentle at this time, other than he is a volleyball buff, and many have expressed confidence in his ability to be the new CTO.  We will have more on this recent appointment in subsequent newscasts.
