The Lions Club of Belize in the Old Capital received a grant of 20,000 dollars and they’ve used that money to provide some holiday cheer and hurricane relief to 200 families across Belize City. The families each receive two packages: one with food supplies and the other with toiletries and bedding to keep them warm. The President of the Belize City chapter is Dr. Alain Gonzales, who spoke to Love News at the Lion’s Den in Belize City.
