An accused murderer walked free yesterday after the prosecution failed to present sufficient evidence to find him guilty. Lyndon Kelly went before Justice Herbert Lord but the hearing was brief as the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions submitted a case of nolle prosequi. Kelly was facing time for the murder of 32-year-old, Elton Polonio which occurred back in September 2016. Polonio was stabbed to death in a business establishment on Angel Coral Street in San Pedro Town. Kelly could still face a trial if evidence is gathered against him in the future.
