I wanted to have sex with her and she wanted to run from me and she dropped and hit her head and she dropped unconscious.  I picked up a stone and hit her on her head and I went to my house on my bicycle.”  The postmortem which was conducted by Doctor Mario Estradabran revealed that the body had six blunt wounds on different areas of the head and multiple concussions on her face.  An internal examination showed that she had multiple bruises on her scalp and the  skull showed fracture of the right side of the had up to  the base  of the cranium. The brain showed multiple concussions and hemorrhage.  Ortiz was committed to stand trial for murder until he changed his not guilty to murder to guilty to the lesser charge of manslaughter yesterday.
