Tonight, a Belize City man charged with assaulting a police officer is out on bail. Forty-year-old Bert Foreman appeared in the Belie City Magistrate’s Court where he was charged with assaulting Police Constable Nelson Phillips on July 31.  Foreman pleaded not guilty to the charge and was granted bail in the sum of eight hundred dollars.
