Man Fined for Cutting Neighbor’s Water Pipe
Twenty-seven-year-old Jermaine Wagner was fined today for cutting his neighbor’s water pipe. Wagner appeared in court on a single charge of damage to property, to which he immediately pleaded guilty. He begged the court to give him a fine and said that he did not have any personal issues with his neighbor, Jennifer Sorianno. He told the court that he was angry at the time and knows that he needs to seek help because he tends to lash out when he is angry. For his guilty plea, he was fined four hundred dollars and given until September 29 to pay. The Magistrate warned him that this was his second conviction for damage to property. We note that the Magistrate also spared Wagner and allowed him to leave despite the fact that he has over three thousand dollars in unpaid fines.
