Man Shot and Robbed in Silk Grass Village

A man was shot and robbed on Saturday night in Silk Grass Village, Stann Creek District.  Reports say that 25-year-old, Andril Chan was selling fuel from his home, to three men in a grey Dodge Caliber when he noticed that one of the men was armed with a gun.  Fearing for his life, Chan ran from his home to the police station to seek help.  Whilst running away, he was pursued by the gunman and subsequently shot to the right hand.  As Chan, ran away to get help, the other two men entered his home and robbed his common-law-wife, Shantel Neal.  The men got away with three hundred dollars cash, and a gold chain valued at thirteen hundred dollars, belonging to Neal.
