Nigel Floyd Gideon, Victim: “Yeah I was on the phone with my fiance while I saw a Spanish/Hispanic guy approach me with a mask inside the shop and he asked that he wanted a soft drink and I advanced to give the soft drink and he pulled out a gun and me and him started tussling and he fired two shots the first one hit me in my hip and I tried to get out the way and then he fired another shot and I was trying to save myself and he just fled the scene. He tried to steal my car and he couldn’t start it and he fled the scene after that. After he fled to the scene he advanced to the bush and I couldn’t see him after he passed behind the house.
