“Sometime after seven in the morning, the police responded to assist a custom personnel in the San Andres Village, Corozal District. Whereupon arrival the Customs personnel handed over to police a male person along with a Scholastic plastic bag containing suspected cannabis; also a Brown in color Geo Prizm with Orange Walk taxi license plate. The driver of the vehicle was learned to be Mr. Alexander, Brian Alexander Young, a forty-eight-year-old Belizean taxi driver from Trail Farm Village. The suspected cannabis was weighed to nine thousand two hundred and ninety-eight grams of cannabis. I think he is expected to be charged this morning and taken to the Magistrate Court in Corozal.”
The brown GEO Prism has been impounded.
