Kishane McDougal, who was arraigned last year on one count of unlawful sexual assault of a 13 year old girl, was charged with five more counts of unlawful sexual assault of the same girl when he appeared today before the Chief Magistrate, Anne Marie Smith. His attorney, Herbert Panton, submitted that because no disclosure has been provided yet for the first count, it should be struck out. But the prosecutor pointed out that McDougal has been charged with five more counts and they are all indictable offences. In relation to the new charges, the allegation is that McDougal had sex with the girl three times last December and then again twice in January of this year. McDougal was released on the same bail he had gotten from the Supreme Court for the first offence.
