Media personality Javier Gutierrez is being accused of sexual assault. Gutierrez was arrested and charged last night with two counts of sexual assault. A female work is accusing him of touching her breast on June 20, 2021. We are told that another female worker has come forward with similar accusations. He is to appear in court tomorrow morning for arraignment.
