Minister Attends Commonwealth Women’s Affairs Meeting in the Bahamas

Minister of Human Development, Dolores Balderamos-Garcia is currently in the Bahamas where she is attending the Commonwealth Women’s Affairs Ministers Meeting.  The meetings officially starts today, and according to the minister, they will be centered on climate change, gender equality, and other common issues experienced by the 56 nations taking part.

Minister Dolores explained that the start of the session will see an address by the wife of the Prime Minister of the Bahamas, Ann-Marie Davis.

The meetings conclude on Wednesday, August 23.
