Mary Paxton, Nurse: “We had quite a bit of turn out today despite the weather. We’re looking forward to seeing more patients coming out. I know they’re afraid of the hospital setting but we’re trying our best to ensure that the public get their testing done. We try and get done this rapid test, the rapid test requires you guys to have symptoms within a seven day period; fever, cough, loss of taste, loss of smell and even if we don’t do the rapid test on you we have the PCR test that we are able to be done at the same time so we’re encouraging people to come out. Our next testing will be done on Tuesday the second of February you guys could come out. We’re also doing the sugar test, pressure test and HIV for those who want to get tested remember you have to keep your family in best interest and to also protect your family in case you’re COVID positive so that we can take all precautions necessary.”
There were also four COVID-19 related deaths outside the last twenty four hour period..
