Ministry of the Blue Economy reminds the public to respects Belize’s marine resources

The Ministry of the Blue Economy wants the public to remain safe and respect the rules governing the country’s marine life during this Easter Holiday. The ministry is reminding folks who will be visiting marine protected areas of the guidelines set in place to protect delicate marine ecosystems. The ministry’s Public Relations Officer, Giovanna Moguel, explained how Belizeans can do their part to keep Belize’s marine resources safe during this time of the year when crowds flock to the islands. 

Moguel further explained how persons can ensure they remain safe when enjoying Belize’s pristine waterways and beaches.
