A 17-year-old student was badly beaten on Friday night. The incident occurred at the corner of Central American Boulevard and Maskall Street. Police say the teenager was attacked by three men. He was stabbed twice- once to the chest and on the face. He is hospitalized in a critical condition. Assistant Commissioner of Police Commanding Eastern Division South, Chester Williams, spoke to the media.
“On Friday night some time after 11pm the police received information of a male person who was seen lying down on the street in the area of Raccoon Street and the boulevard. Police responded and upon arrival they found the person to be one Kenroy Daly a 17 year old. He appeared to have been severely beaten and stabbed, he was rushed to the KHMH by the police and he is currently admitted in a critical but stable condition. We are hoping for his full recovery. Police investigations have so far lead to the arrest of a 16 year old in respect to that matter, he was charged with attempted murder and dangerous harm.”
According to ACP Williams, the attack was over a female.
