A teenager is missing for almost three days and the family is asking for the public’s assistance in locating her. 15-year-old Kenisha Graham was last seen on Sunday, September 13 leaving her house on Central American Boulevard, Belize City. According to the mother, Karen Matura she has tried contacting her friends and other persons that may have seen her, but she remains unaccounted for.

Karen Matura, Mother: “Sunday she and my little son Jameek went to buy at 88 some food for me to cook. She went and come back and she said “Mommy Shahida is going to 88 to buy.” so she said “Mommy I’m going to buy my slippers with Shahida.” I told her “Okay then.” because my niece lives right over the street so I told her okay because it’s her they’re together all the time, only if she says she’s going with her, I make her go. I didn’t know Kenisha would do me this and Kenisha didn’t come back home she just left. She packed her clothes in a school bag, didn’t even make me see it and just left. All I want to say and whoever she is with just please Kenisha come home because I’m not going to do you anything, I won’t beat you. I just want you to come home. Home is the safest spot, nothing is on the street. The streets are danger and hurt. Those boys out there just want to use you. You’re only sixteen darling come home. Jameek needs you home too and you know the situation in your mommy’s life so please come home back because I don’t want to beat you. I just want to sit down with you as a mother and daughter. Whoever has my baby let her come home.”

If anyone has seen or knows the location of Kenisha Graham they are asked to call the Police at 911/922 or contact the mother at 622 -1894.
