Motorcyclist dies in road traffic incident

 A motorcyclist lost his life in a road traffic incident last night in rural Belize. Around 10:30, police visited the road leading to Double Head Cabbage Village and found an extensively damaged motorcycle and the body of a man.  According to police, 30-year-old Alberto Morales was on his motorcycle heading to Double Head Cabbage Village when he lost control nearing a curve. Morales then crashed into a culvert that was on the side of the road and landed in nearby bushes. He was found lying face down about fifteen feet from the motorcycle with head injuries and a broken left arm. Morales’ body was then transported to the morgue at the KHMH.
